At StarSweetGoodies, we ship sweet happiness straight to your doorstep! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During sales, holidays, or product launches, please allow additional time for your order to ship.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through USPS and UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🌡️ Warm Weather Warning

During warmer months, some candy may melt in transit. We strongly recommend adding an ice pack to your order at checkout.

StarSweetGoodies is not responsible for melted products if an ice pack is not added.

🌍 Shipping Areas

We ship to all U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship worldwide anymore due to high shipping fees. (Need us in your country? Email us and let us know!)

🕒 Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
    (Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.)

🚫 Shipping Delays & Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Orders marked "delivered" by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
